BASLN is distributed via the Apple App Store under the standard Apple End User License Agreement. By downloading the app, you agree to those terms. They govern licensing, restrictions, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations for the iOS application.
Not medical advice
BASLN is a self-tracking tool for cognitive performance. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Cognitive scores produced by the app should not be used to make medical, safety-critical, or employment decisions. Consult a licensed clinician for anything medical.
Website terms
This website is provided for informational purposes only. Research citations are provided in good faith under academic fair-use norms. Trademarks referenced on the site (e.g. Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch) are the property of their respective owners and are used nominatively for comparative purposes. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of information on the site; you use it at your own risk.
Subscription billing
Paid tiers inside the app are billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds under their standard subscription policies. Manage or cancel your subscription in the Subscriptions section of your App Store account.
